10° clear. Didn't go drive over to the buffalo pasture to see if we could see the aurora around 2 AM, because the cat alarm is still set for sometime between 4:45 and 5:15 in the morning. If I don't get up the one keeps popping the side of the bed until my bladder also tells me to get up.


For some reason today we're supposed to be aware of penguins?

Morning. 25 degrees and 22 mph wind, higher gusts. Sunny.

Penguins are going to be very unhappy in this part of the world. Maybe they plan on taking out disgruntled feelings on us?

It's just another January Tucson day of temps from 40's to 70's. Would you put penguins in the same evil class as clowns?
