To embed a video just post the url of the video in your post. For example, to post the above video I just posted:

and viola!

UPDATE!!!

I had to update the media embed plugin. Now, when you wish to insert a video in your post, there is a little icon that looks like a monitor. If you click that it will insert [media] tags between which you can put the url of the video. Or, if you wish, just type the beginning and ending [media] tags yourself. See pic below
