Different address, but the same good friends.
Down to one bike now, hopefully that one will
be gone soon. Shoulders won't let me do it
anymore. Time for a new hobby.

Re: Dzlfitr...checking in....
Hi, there. Good to see folks drifting over here. Condolences on having to leave riding behind. Happened to me a couple of years ago due to knees and hips. Roy threw in the towel shortly thereafter- said after so many miles without a single incident, there was bound to be a truck out there with his name on it and he'd just as soon be in a truck himself when it came along. True story: not long after the bikes sold, some kid who was texting while driving blew through a red light and t-boned Roy's truck, totalling both vehicles. No serious injuries, but...
Mind the thorns.

Welcome Dzlfitr!
Glad you made it!

Life is like riding a motorcycle. Balance is key, unless you’re at a stoplight and forget to put your feet down. Then, balance is just embarrassing.

Yo! Dzlftr. Long time no 'see'. Sorry to hear your riding days are done but.... there's always skydiving. Know the end of my riding days are not far over the horizon.
Often asked question: When are you going to think about getting a trike?
Answer: When I come to a stop with this one, put my feet down and can't hold it up!

Hey Daniel.
Sorry about the shoulders and having to give it up. I've cut back the last few years, and Patti's back doesn't let us do the 350-400 mile days much anymore.
Hoping to ride more now that I've retired, but also want to spend more time with our pedal kayaks and fishing.
