62° and heading into the middle eighties and possible thunder shower. Had a smell of rain last evening but no trace right here.

Friend in Hanford CA bought a new BMW touring motor, can't convince him to ride out to some halfway place and meet up to do a ride about.

Morning. Looks like a combination of clouds and smoke out there. One of those odd atmospheric conditions when the train sounds two blocks away instead of four miles. 67 degrees with a high in the low 90s, an improvement from yesterday. Small chance of rain, but I ain't gonna hold my breath.

What good is a BMW if you aren't willing to ride the tail off it?
