Morning! Sunny, 67 degrees, heading for 85. Today we go sign the papers to buy the lot next door to us, something we've wanted to do since moving into this house 34 years ago. We like having a wide barrier between us and the neighbors, who have all been fine people, but mostly we don't want to wake up one morning and discover someone has put a rental trailer on that lot.
