29° still no signs of the showers yesterday.


Two of the geese at the park have goslings, another goose tried to get close but one of the two went all cobra neck hissy to drive it away.

Find anything on the beach while the tide is out?

Morning. Clear, 35 degrees, high of 62 predicted.

I found a sand dollar, some sea glass, and lots of vocanic rocks, oyster, and clam shells. It's a pretty beach with a view of Mt Rainier on a clear day. Downed trees at the foot of the cliff are water-smoothed and/or covered in barnacles, which is cool. Don't think I'm going to make it over to the ocean or rain forest on this trip, but I'm plannning to come back with my grandson in August.
