01°f the little bit of snow we got here came in around 6 AM.

Had a person back in Bridgeport (CA) tell me years ago if it gets below 25° it can't snow. But the snow happened whenever it felt like it.

Morning. 18 degrees, air moving a little over 20 mph most of the time, but I think it's increasing.

Can't snow below 25 degrees? Well, maybe there's a law against it in California.
