So spammers have been trying to gain ground here? I only get "friend" requests over at the F B thing place and always some younger than me thing. Probably named Ivan or Chow in reality.

Morning. Five degrees and sunny, air moving about 10 mph. I need to get up off my butt and go for a walk. I've been stuck in front of this computer for so many hours a day for so many weeks that it is beginning to affect my sweet temperment, not to mention my muscle tone.

Spammers were my very favorite thing as a moderator, closely followed by trolls. You can imagine the kind of trolls a site devoted to belly dance got. We had one guy who asked endless questions about dancers in cartoons. He seemed weird and creepy until his mother contacted us and explained he was an autistic teenager and dance was what centered him. Turned out to be a true story. After that, we interacted with him in his own sphere, and everyone was happy.

Great true story.
