I actually saw one of those once upon a time, years and years ago, maybe in Sturgis back in the days before it became the domain of guys who trailer $50,000 bikes in with $200,000 toy haulers? Hmm. No, actually, I think it was at a rodeo. Yeah, a horse and bull riding kind of rodeo, but I can't remember anything else about it.

Did see bikes riding inside one of those "Globe of Death" rigs. Pretty f'n crazy.
