Morning. Overcast. Windy at almost 30 mph. 47 degrees, not only with no snow predicted, but a high of 54 predicted for today. We had this kind of open winter when we first moved to Natrona County from Albany County in 1980. Tomorrow is supposed to hit 57 degrees. What month is this?
